Participant acknowledgment & assumption of risk. By using MUSO Adventures, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) routes may include physical activities, alcohol and/or cannabis service, and visits to third-party venues not owned or operated by MUSO Ventures ("MUSO"); (2) MUSO curates and suggests routes and venues but does not supervise, control, or guarantee the conduct of any venue, staff, or fellow participant; (3) you are solely responsible for your own decisions, safety, and conduct, including alcohol or cannabis consumption, participation in physical activities, and interactions with venues or other participants, throughout any MUSO Adventure; (4) any injury, loss, dispute, or other harm arising from your participation, including at third-party venues, is your responsibility and not that of MUSO, its officers, employees, or affiliates, except where caused by MUSO's own gross negligence or willful misconduct; (5) many venues (for example, axe-throwing locations, bars, and dispensaries) require their own separate liability waiver or ID check on-site, and this acknowledgment does not replace that requirement.

Age requirement. You must be 18 or older to access NC-17 content, and 21 or older to access Adults Only content or to enter routes involving bars, dispensaries, alcohol, or cannabis. We calculate your age from the birthday you provide below. MUSO does not otherwise independently verify identity, and venues will still check ID on-site as required by law. Enter your birthday once and we'll remember it, you won't need to re-confirm your age to unlock these ratings again.
